This months focus is about\u00a0being face to face with your child so they can look directly at you\u00a0while joining in with their play.\u00a0Play with\u00a0the same resources as your child and allow your child to direct the play\u00a0this involves\u00a0copying and responding to their actions even if this involves acting like a big kid this will really encourage your child’s\u00a0active participation and encourage them to\u00a0seek further\u00a0interactions.<\/p>\n

This\u00a0provides your child with a positive\u00a0outlook\u00a0on\u00a0how they\u00a0see the world around them. When a child is actively listened to they feel a sense of value this also\u00a0builds\u00a0their confidence, self esteem\u00a0and\u00a0\u00a0social skills\u00a0when forming positive relationships for life long learning.<\/p>\n
