Demonstrate understanding of safety equipment and clothing<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000\">2. Carry out a simple bike check<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000\">3. Get on and off the bike without help<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000\">4. Start off and pedal without help<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000\">5. Stop without help<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000\">6. Ride along without help for roughly one minute or more<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000\">7. Make the bike go where they want<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000\">8. Use gears (where present)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000\">9.
