We revised numbers to 69 today through games including a beanbag toss and dice games.
P7 used a question spinner to create questions about bees. They then used the internet to find the answer to their questions.
We also sowed a range of herbs today and each pupil took their pot home. We look forward to seeing any photos once the herbs start to grow on their e-portfolios.
Yesterday, Primary 7 started their new focus for learning in PAThS, Respect.
Mrs Conetta gave out letters for the class to decorate and then they had to work out what the letters spelt out.
We completed discussions and a variety of activities including what respect should look and sound like. We discussed that respect can mean different things for everyone. Here is what respect means to the class.
Today we started our new focus for French, ma famille. After learning the vocabulary for different family members we played games to reinforce our learning – snap, keyboard spelling, Who Am I? and wordsearches.
P7 have been learning about countries and nationalities in French. Today they were practising their listening and talking skills and had to roll a dice to select characters and countries and create sentences using the following phrases:
