Today we consolidated our knowledge of items of clothing in French by playing a variety of games. We played Kim’s game where we had to remember the item of clothing removed, a roll and draw game and a card game.

P7 French Numbers
We revised numbers to 69 today through games including a beanbag toss and dice games.
P7 French Alphabet
We have been learning the alphabet in French and playing lots of games to consolidate our learning including Kaboom and dice games.
We also worked with Mrs Conetta to sign/finger spelling the alphabet. We learnt to finger spell our names while saying the letters in French.
P7 French – Ma Famille
Today we started our new focus for French, ma famille. After learning the vocabulary for different family members we played games to reinforce our learning – snap, keyboard spelling, Who Am I? and wordsearches.
P7 French Mon Pays
P7 have been learning about countries and nationalities in French. Today they were practising their listening and talking skills and had to roll a dice to select characters and countries and create sentences using the following phrases:
