We welcomed Mr Torbett to the class today where he explained the types of activities his company Frazer-Nash Consultancy do that are linked to energy and the environment. The pupils learnt about different types of energy, how it is produced and the impact it has on the environment. Pupils discussed the positive and negative points of each energy source and shared their own knowledge. It was a great learning opportunity for everyone and we very much appreciate Mr Torbett’
s time, knowledge and experience.
Today we planted lots of daffodils so that hopefully we can enjoy them all when Spring comes! We are continuing to work on improving our garden space to be an attractive, relaxing space.
As part of our commitment to The Clean Green Award and maintaining our Eco flag we carried out our first community litter pick this year.
