P6 created hedgehogs from clay and collected leaves from garden to make pictures with them. Then they explored hedgehog food chains.




Well done to our two very confident P6/7 Pupil Council representatives who sold poppies last week in classes across the school to help raise money for Poppy Appeal Scotland.

We created pictures to represent Remembrance Day.




We drew triangles by measuring the angles and identified different types of triangles. We then went outside to find 4 different types of triangles .
We are learning about hedgehogs which are endangered. We put out some hedgehog food in hedgehog boxes. Ellis and Calum also found some slugs for them.

We explored how our bodies can travel across a variety of equipment.


We were measuring the diameter and circumference of circles and dividing C by D to test if the answer to the nearest whole number is usually 3.

As part of exploring rationing we looked at how far food travels from and created a war time menu.
