We had a great afternoon at Fenwick Bowling Club.
We walked down with Mrs Moore and Mrs Ross and met Mr Houston and his daughters at the bowling green .
Douglas from the bowling club had set up activities for us to try out and we all had a grreat afternoon.
We are hoping to take some of ur parents along to try this sport out and to visit during Fenwick Gala Week.

We really enjoyed trying out this sport and learning some of the movements involved.
We completed different stations in PE developing accuracy, agility and balance in our fitness session.
They have developed bike control skills in a traffic free environment and have learned how to be safe and resonsible cyclists.
Well done everyone !
The rain didn’t stop Primary 6 from working on their skills for Bikeability this morning. We focused on pedalling, looking over our shoulder and cycling 1-handed while keeping our bikes under control and riding them safely.
What a fantastic first Bikeability Level 1 session we had this morning!
Pupils learnt about preparing themselves for cycling, carrying out an M-check on their bike and participated in various games – circle stops, stop box, gliding and slow cycling race.
We have recently been learning about different options we have after school, for example, university, college, apprenticeships and employment. We have been discussing the skills and qualities we need for specific jobs and we looked into the future today…
Welcome to 2040! Each learner created a poster showing which job they would like to have, what route they would take to get there and the skills/qualities they have for that job. They presented their posters in groups.
Every week P5/6 enjoy a Friday workout to kickstart their learning. Today they chose Jumpstart Jonny -Everybody say Whoopa! 🙌 !
Followed by some fresh air and outdoor learning in the garden 🪴 ☀️
What a lovely afternoon to spend outside with the Hexagol. Thanks to Kilmarnock Football Club for providing us with it today. Lots of fun was had!
