Today we met our buddies again. We had written them a letter and drawn them a self portrait. We were very excited to read them to our buddies.
We also brought along a book to read too.

P5/6 Volcanoes- chemical reactions
We created different types of volcanoes – cinder cone, shield and Stratovolcanoes.
We then folowed the instructions to create a chemical reaction to imitate a volcanic eruption.
We decided that our reaction was like a pyroclastic flow.
Our final experiment was creating an explosive chemical reaction using coke and mentos.
