Today we excited to discover some new exciting Robots had arrived for us to borrow.

We used our coding skills to program them to move forwards, backwards, dance and even make lots of silly noises.
We also used our class Dash robots and have learned how to make Dash move quickly all around the classroom without crashing into any of the desks!
We even programmed our bee bots to reverse park!
Today we enjoyed developing our coding skills. We logged into our individual coding programmes and followed the instructions to help us learn about algorithms , programming and what sprites are. You can ask us all about our new coding vocabulary !
What a lovely afternoon to spend outside with the Hexagol. Thanks to Kilmarnock Football Club for providing us with it today. Lots of fun was had!
Primary 5/6 linked their learning in Numeracy and Maths and Technology today. They used what they have learnt about directions to help program Beebots and Dash. They also began to learn about debugging and correcting errors in the code.
