Homework Overview<\/h1>\n<\/header>\n

Homework is allocated in\u00a0blocks of 5 weeks<\/strong>\u00a0at different points across the year in line with our Homework and learning at home policy which can be accessed via the school and ECC home page or by clicking the link below.<\/p>\n

Homework and Learning at Home Policy<\/a><\/p>\n

Homework for Primary 4\/5\u00a0 will be posted on the class blog each week and in TEAMS during the 5 week homework block.\u00a0 Homework will alternate between written weeks and digital weeks.\u00a0 On written weeks, pupils are encouraged to complete any written tasks in their homework jotter and hand them into Mrs Eccleston on a Friday.\u00a0 During digital weeks, there is no expectation for any written tasks to be completed, homework may consist of online games\/tasks.<\/p>\n

Homework for Primary 4\/5, 6, and 7 can be\u00a0accessed via MS Teams.<\/strong>\u00a0If you are unsure of how to access this please see the attached \u2018how to\u2019 guide.
\nTeams \u2018how to\u2019 for homework<\/a><\/p>\n

Each pupil will be allocated to their class team and their class teacher will upload homework there in line with the yearly content overview. Pupils are\u00a0encouraged to post any completed homework on their e-portfolio<\/strong>\u00a0however if preferred they can\u00a0hand in a paper copy<\/strong>\u00a0to their teacher.<\/p>\n

If your child has any issues accessing their class team please encourage them to speak with their teacher who can help.<\/p>\n
