Book Week Scotland P4/5
In class we have been reading with parent and pupil volunteers. Police Scotland came to visit and they read the story ‘My Police on Patrol’ then we went out to learn more about the police roles described in the story by exploring the police car and speaking to police officers. We met the mounted police and learnt about their job role then we investigated a crime scene set up by our visiting police officers.
Hannah Willow, an author, came to share the stories she had written. As a class and school we could relate to the content as it was linked to Climate Action and the impact we can have on the natural world and how we can appreciate it.
