During the story, \u00a0Stanley gets posted to his friend in California.<\/p>\n<p>We have joined up with a school in Spain and are going to write to a Year 3 class as pen pals.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone wrote an introductory letter about themselves to their new pen pal and created a \u201cFlat me\u201d to send alongside their letters.<\/p>\n<p>Excitement levels were high today as we walked to the post box
