P4 pupils worked with Lynsey from Active Schools to create an obstacle course for the rest of the school and ECC to complete to support UNICEF Soccer Aid 2023. This links to Article 31 where all children have the right to rest, relax and play however, sometimes barriers/obstacles like war and poverty can get in the way of accessing this right.

P4 Soccer Aid 2023

P3/4 Health Week: Yoga
P3/4 participated in a Harry Potter Cosmic Kids Yoga session. Lots of stretching, balancing and co-ordination being developed.
P3/4 Health Week: Tennis
P3/4 enjoyed a session at the tennis court playing some games and practising their forehand.
P3/4 HEALTH WEEK
The University of the West of Scotland Art Department visited us today. So far, we have listened to a story, taken part in movement exercises outdoors and looked for something from nature. Then we created an observational drawing of what we found.
P3/4 Time
Our Marvellous Multipliers have been learning about 24 hour time and created these 24 hour clocks. They drew hands on their analogue clocks and then had to write the time in 12 hour and 24 hour digital formats.
Our Super Subtractors have been learning about minutes past and minutes to and created these fantastic flip clocks to help them.
P3/4 Bake Off
P3/4 enjoyed making their royal cupcakes for the Fenwick Bake Off.
P3/4 Shape Scavenger Hunt
P3/4 took part in a shape scavenger hunt outside as part of their numeracy tasks this week.
P3/4 Shape
P3/4 have started their shape topic in numeracy. They have been learning about the properties of 2D shapes and 3D objects.
P3/4 RRS Outright: Health Equity
As part of the RRS Outright Campaign, P3/4 have been discussing the risks and obstacles children may face to access healthcare. We discussed the importance of health equity and solutions to these risks/obstacles.
