P2/3 – Literacy
Literacy
During Literacy the children were practicing their spelling words using Play-Doh and answering questions about their reading book this week. P2/3 were trying their best to listen to instructions and use finger spaces, capital letters and full stops in their writing.

Last week we were learning to draw castles as part of our Scottish Castles topic this term. The children loved drawing their own castle and they turned out brilliantly!

P2/3 – Literacy
Literacy: Writing
Today in P2/3 we were learning to write instructions. Together we wrote instructions for making a mug of hot chocolate. The children worked very hard at listening and writing neatly!
In the afternoon P2/3 were very excited as we drank hot chocolate with marshmallows!
