Homework will be posted on this page each Monday to be completed by a Friday. Please note that no homework should be handed in to school. Homework is to reinforce learning which has already taken place in school. Your child has been told their groups in class but if you are unsure please get in touch.<\/p>\n

Reading Homework<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Reading homework can be accessed via BugClub.<\/p>\n

Homework books are detailed below. Homework books will not have the \u2018read to me option\u2019 as children are encouraged to practise reading aloud. Homework books will be changed weekly.<\/p>\n

Please note<\/strong>, all other books are for enjoyment purposes should your child wish to read some more. This means at any one time each child will have 5 books allocated to them in total (inclusive of their weekly homework book). These books will be rotated every 3\/4 weeks and may be books they have read before in school. These books will have the read to me option enabled.<\/em><\/p>\n

Numeracy Homework<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Numeracy homework has been set on Sumdog this week. This week’s homework is focusing on multiplication and increasing accuracy. This is something we work in daily in class and pupils understand the process.<\/p>\n

The children may also like to play the tally chart or fruit fall games by following the links below. This focuses on data handling which we are learning about in class.<\/p>\n
