P1 collected natural resources and made symmetrical butterflies. Some of the older children helped them.

As part of our topic P1 have been looking at how to keep our bodies healthy. Today they designed some exercises to help look after our muscles and tried them out at P.E.

Mr Brooks visited P1 today to tell us all about his time in the Army. He had lots of stuff to show us.
P1 Science Week Day 4 – Lung Capacity
Today we measure our lung capacity using a water experiment. We tried to empty as much of the water out of the bottle as possible.
We also had a game of Blow Football and then the children decided to try and make their own courses to blow their balls around on. Some boys even decided to add some addition calculations.
