Parents

At Fenwick Primary School we strive to develop and maintain strong parent to school relationships. We involve parents as partners throughout the school year in a variety of ways including;
Parent Council
Parent / carer workshops
Sharing the learning
Parent / carer questionnaires
Parent / carer helpers
World of work week
Parent / carer skills utilised to enhance learning experiences
After school clubs
Parental engagement is recognised in the National Improvement Framework as one of seven key drivers in achieving excellence and equity in Scottish education. The engagement of parents and families can help raise attainment for all and help to ensure every child has an equal chance of success.
