The book has allowed us to have some very good discussions about a range of important themes as we learn how Father Christmas <em>became<\/em> Father Christmas. We looked closely at the beginning of chapter 10 and picked out the important descriptive words that help us visualise the scene. Afterwards, we drew our own visualisations of the scene and presented them to the rest of the class.
