Information is passed on to schools as part of effective transition processes between the ECC and Primary 1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ELLAT Follow Up Intervention<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">ELLAT is carried out in Nov\/Dec of Primary 1 and includes routine assessments and class teacher observations.
