This is often referred to as the \u2018attainment gap\u2019<\/li>\n<li><strong>Care plan<\/strong>: helps all staff working with children to meet the needs of a child or young person<\/li>\n<li><strong>Curriculum for Excellence (CfE)<\/strong>: is the program of education in Scotland for all children and young people aged 3-18.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Diacritical
