Dear Parent/Carers,

Tempest Photography will be in school to take pupil photographs on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday the 30th September next week. Mr Livingston (PE Dept) will be organising arrangements.  As there are new COVID measures in place for the safety of staff and pupils can you please ensure the following:

• Pupils are appropriately dressed including having their ties with them that day.
• Your child attends school in their school uniform, not their PE kit – even if they have PE that day.
• Photographs will be taken in the small gyms in PE, not the assembly hall as in previous years.
• Pupils are required to sanitise their hands on their way into Gym 1/2 and wear facemasks until getting their photograph taken.
• Pupils should bring their jackets and bags with them in case time runs over into the next lesson.
• If your child misses or forgets their time slot they should speak to Mr Livingston to see if that can be accommodate during Period 7.
• Please note that family photos will take place at a later date – information to follow.
