<\/p>\nIn order to facilitate Responsive Planning, practitioners follow the process below:<\/p>\n

It would not be possible or desirable to document every single piece of responsive learning. However, big moments can be captured for individual children through their Learning Journals, overall cohort planning through the use of the Proforma<\/a>. We also need to consider how to make the documentation meaningful and visible to children. You may wish to consider Floorbooks<\/a> or Learning Walls<\/a>. We will offer, on request, bespoke training around documentation with your children and focus on case studies at our regular Planning Network Meetings.<\/p>\n Watch this video from Carterhatch Infant School in England. It shows great examples of how to sensitively respond to children’s learning in the moment. Reflect on these questions as you watch and open reflective and evaluative discussions as a team:<\/p>\n
