There is a fantastic event being held in Dreghorn North Ayrshire funded through there STEM grant by the CODING FOR THE FUTURE TEAM .

How to Run a Code Club is an event for staff from any educational establishment in the South West Region.

The event will take place on Saturday 9th November from 09.30 -12.30 and theirs a free breakfast too.

Claire Haggerty of Annanhill Primary recently held a Coding day to demonstrate coding within Education

The kids had a great time and found it very enjoyabale and beneficial.

Dr Steve Bunce from XMA came along to demonstrate.

Well done to AuchInleck Academy  and Annanhill  , Catrine and Whatriggs Primary who received their Digital Schools Award in April/May 2019 .

Auchinleck now join Stewarton Academy as our Second Academy to receive there award.

So far we have 7 out of our 8 Academies registered for the Digital Schools Award.

 

Annanhill now join Dunlop Primary , Gargieston Primary , Netherthird Primary , Onthank Primary and  Whatriggs Primary .

So far we have 32 Primary schools registered out of 41

1 out of 3 of our ASN schools are registered with Willowbank School having already received there Award.

Over the Summer we have redesigned how GLOW looks to you

If you log into GLOW and go to the 3rd Tier you will now see all the Tiles have changed and hopefully we have reorganised the information for you to allow easier navigation through the site .

Di you know that Immersive Reader is now available in Microsoft Teams
