Select New Survey and see how quickly you can build a Feedback Form or Permission Slip .
These can also be placed into School Blogs .
Great for feedback from parents, MS Forms tracks responses for you and gives you results that can be downloaded onto a spreadsheet .
Teachers can then collate the results of quizzes or surveys easily .
