This is also Mental Health Awareness week so there will be lots of additional information and sways with relevant information, support and videos to watch with a range of strategies to support you all.
Next Friday the 5th February will be to create your own family movie night so think of ways you could make this…. tickets/snacks/movie/blankets/signs etc
