Good morning everyone so this post is for our mummies and daddies. This week is mental health awareness week and I would like to share info, tips and links each day until Friday with you all. To help create positive affirmation and calmness for you all. I will send daily guided meditation links which I hope you will find useful. It is hugely important to look after yourself and your mind. Your mind is the most precious thing we have and like every other body part and organ it is crucial we care for it like we would any other part of our body. Love Leanne S x
