Congratulations and well done to our elite runners from P6 and P7 who took part in the Cross Country event at Ayrshire Athletics Arena in Kilmarnock.<\/p>\n

P6 and P7 Cross Country Runners<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Our cross country runners have been training with Mrs Kelly at lunchtime and I know many of them have also been out in the evenings and weekend too, and today, the hard work paid off!<\/p>\n

We secured 1st and 3rd place for the P6 East Ayrshire Boys and everyone in Dunlop is so proud of them!<\/p>\n

All our children showed their stamina and completed the course in good times, and it was fabulous to see the camaraderie as they cheered each other on!<\/p>\n

From the 24 schools taking part, the results overall as as follows:<\/p>\n

P6 boys \u2013 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0overall<\/p>\n

P7boys \u2013 4th<\/sup>\u00a0overall<\/p>\n

P7 girls \u2013 3rd<\/sup>\u00a0overall<\/p>\n

Go Team Dunlop – we are delighted with this result and that our wonderful children, represented our small school and community so well!<\/p>\n
