It was a privilege to attend the Robert Burns World Federation Schools’ Competition on Saturday 2nd March 2024 to watch the very talented children of Dunlop Primary School compete and show their verse speaking skills.
Both myself and the parents who were their supporting the children, were exceptionally proud and hugely impressed by the talents and confidence of the children. All children received a certificate for participating.
A huge congratulations is extended to our exceptional P7 pupil who received a Robert Burns World Federation Certificate of Merit, these certificates are highly sought after and are awarded to the final 6 children in each heat. It was wonderful to watch her compete in the finals where she performed strongly demonstrating excellent understanding and performance of Tam O’Shanter.
