In Primary 2 we have been learning about dyslexia as it is Dyslexia Awareness Week. The children have been watching videos and looking at different examples of how others with dyslexia read, spell and write.<\/p>\n

We took part in an activity to allow the children to understand what it is like to write and copy information. To do this we copied information from the board using non dominant hand.<\/p>\n

The children found this tricky and noticed that it was very hard and wasn’t as neat as their other hand either. We will be continuing to learn about dyslexia throughout the week through different activities.<\/p>\n
