P4 used laptops to find information and take notes on a Scottish castle. From this they were able to create an informative poster on a castle of their choice which they presented to the class

P4 Mcoo
P4 learned about Steven Brown and his famous Mcoo paintings. The children drew their own highland cow and using oil pastel made them in the style of Steven Brown.
Primary Three Snow Challenge
The children took part in a snow competition today. They filled a tray with snow and then were challenged to see which group could have the snow in their tray last the longest without melting. Some children compacted the snow flat, some children built their snow up into a mountain. The results were very interesting.

Christmas Carol Singing
Our P4-7 pupils decided to provide some festive cheer to passers-by in the village by singing some Christmas carols in their class groups. They certainly brightened up the day with some favourites including: ‘Sparkle and Shine’, ‘We Wish You a Merry Christmas’ and ‘Feliz Navidad’.

Primary 6 – Christmas Treats
Primary 6 have been saving up their Monopoly Money to buy treats for over the festive period. The first thing they bought was hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream which we all enjoyed yesterday while watching a movie in class.
