What a lovely morning for our toddle up Trindlegreen. Lots of smiling faces and fun chatter! 🤣
Primary 4 have been using their running, jumping and throwing skills in a variety of athletics activities. Over the last couple of weeks their scores and times have improved. Lovely to be outside too.
Wow!!!! How amazing are the shadufs that the children have made. Thank you to all the grown ups at home for the support and encouragement given to these willing designers.
We had great fun talking about the variety of materials used and all the different design features. Lots of fun was had testing our designs outside.
Fantastic effort everyone! 🙂
Today the children became Egyptian Embalmers. Yuck! They were trying out the mummification process.
Our ‘dead bodies’ were ripe tomatoes!
We followed the steps carefully and look forward to seeing the results in a couple of weeks.
As part of the Primary 4 RSHP the children were learning that features and characteristics are inherited from parents. We had lots of excellent discussions about how families are made up in lots of different ways. The children were very mature and showed really good understanding.
We all had great fun trying to identify parents from photographs taken around the same age as the children are now. Again lots of valuable discussion took place. I have to admit some were the spitting image!
The children went on to show their learning in a fun way using familiar book characters. This was a really enjoyable lesson.
Well done P4 and thank you all for sharing your photographs.
The children had great fun today with this art lesson. Lots of them decided to name their emu which was hilarious. I love them and think they will look great on the wall.
Primary 4 have a busy final term ahead. Please have alook at what they will be learning.
The children have been improving their skills and having great fun too. The weather has been very kind. Wimbledon here we come!
I am super proud of our P4 superstar who has raised £550 for Cancer Research UK by completing the Race for Life.
Amazing effort. Well done!
