This week in Primary 2 we will be focusing on our spelling words.
Our words this week are:
- much
- of
- or
- old
- do
- going
The children have created their own flash cards of the spelling words which they can use to practice at home if they wish.
I have included some activities that you can try at home if you wish.
Activities
Rainbow writing- The children write out their words using a different colour for each letter.
Backwards writing- The children write out their words forwards and then backwards.
Capital writing- The children write out their words in capital letters.
Thanks for posting these up. Joe enjoyed playing with his flash cards at home. I’m not entirely sure the game was entirely what he had been doing in class but he seemed to be having fun!
