The afternoon children collected some beautiful coloured leaves on their park walk. On return to the ECC they looked at the different illustrations in the ‘Leaf Man’ book listening to the simple story with interest. Telling Mrs Thomson what they thought the different leaf pictures were “A jellyfish,” “Ducks,” “A stingray,” “A hammerhead shark,” and a “Chicken.” The children then used their collection to make their own amazing leaf pictures.
