This week we were introduced to the \u2018wa\u2019 phoneme. \u00a0This is a tricky sound as the \u2018a\u2019 actually sounds like an \u2018o\u2019, for example in the words wash and warm. \u00a0Each week we get to read a story that helps us to identify words with our focus phoneme and we love being able to use the highlighter tool on the board to show them.<\/p>\n

We had great fun this morning taking part in all the fitness activities Ross had organised for our Sponsored Fitness Event. \u00a0We had the opportunity to work with P1 and P2 on the activities which was really good. \u00a0Hopefully we have raised lots of money for the school \ud83e\udd1e\ud83c\udffb<\/p>\n
