Over the last few weeks we have been working very hard on a variety of different concepts within the class.<\/p>\n

We have been using lots of different materials to help us understand place value in numbers up to 1000.<\/p>\n

We have been revising the feelings we learned about in P2 through PATHS.<\/p>\n

On Thursday 15th September it was International Dot Day. \u00a0This is a national day to encourage everyone to make their own mark on the world in any way they can. \u00a0We started by reading \u201cThe Dot\u201d by Peter H. Reynolds then created our own art work, starting off with a dot, in the style of Wassily Kandinsky.<\/p>\n

\nIn French, we have been learning the numbers to 31 in order to be able to say the date every day we are at school. \u00a0We incorporated our understanding of colours in French to complete a listening and following instructions task where we had to write specific numbers in a specific colour.<\/p>\n
