Please find below our Curriculum Overviews for Term 2. This year, our overviews demonstrate the \u201cLearning across the four contexts\u201d<\/em><\/strong> (organisers) of our Curriculum:<\/p>\n

Ethos and life of the school:<\/strong> The starting point for learning is a positive ethos and climate of respect and trust based upon shared values across the school community.<\/p>\n

Curriculum areas and subjects:<\/strong> The curriculum areas are the organisers for setting out the experiences and outcomes for your child.<\/p>\n

Interdisciplinary learning:<\/strong> The curriculum should include space for learning beyond subject boundaries.<\/p>\n

Opportunities for personal achievement:<\/strong> Pupils need opportunities for achievements both in the classroom and beyond, giving them a sense of satisfaction and building motivation, resilience and confidence.<\/p>\n
