It will be invisible. \u00a0Place each child\u2019s paper under several layers of newsprint. \u00a0 Lightly iron over the paper with an iron set on high (no steam) until the artwork appears. \u00a0Ask children to guess why the pictures appeared.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Counting\/sorting Fruit<\/strong><br \/>\nMake a variety of fruit shapes, some small, middle sized and big, different colours, types etc.\u00a0 Leave the basket of fruit shapes out for the children to explore, count and sort on their own.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fingerplay (Poem with actions)<\/strong><br \/>\nBananas are my favorite fruit (make fist as if holding banana)<br \/>\nI eat one every day (hold up one finger)<br \/>\nI always take one with me (act as if putting one in pocket)<br \/>\nWhen I go out to play (wave goodbye)<br \/>\nIt gives me lots of energy (make muscle)<br \/>\nTo jump around and run (move arms as if running)<br \/>\nBananas are my favorite fruit (rub tummy)<br \/>\nTo me they\u2019re so much fun!
