Hello and welcome to our Keeping Our School Safe page!

We spent time talking about the playground and school building, having a walk round to look at areas we thought might need improvement. We split into two subgroups and filled in a checklist, looking at things like cleanliness, health and safety issues, first aid arrangements, etc. We made posters and designed mascots to display around the school to highlight areas like doors that needed to be made safer.
The children enjoyed their time in the group and they were all keen to get involved and contributed lots of good ideas to help make our school safer.
