P1 have been creating their our tartan kilts as part of the pattern learning and also their Scottish Fortnight.
As part of our Scottish fortnight, P1 went for a walk in the village to locate and draw landmarks.
We used twigs and sprigs of leaves from different plants to paint Stick Man.
We practised cutting bread and spreading butter to make a cheese sandwich for our Gruffalo Tea Party.
P1 thoroughly enjoyed listening to the story, Night Monkey, Day Monkey and have been exploring the differences between day and night.
We planted from spring bulbs outside in the planters. Look out for them in the Spring!
We watched a video about the Global Goals and talked about what changes we could make to help our planet.
