World Book Day \u2013 Thursday 5th March 2026<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

This year, our World Book Day theme is Reading for Enjoyment.<\/p>\n

The children will take part in a range of exciting literacy and reading activities throughout the day, including The Masked Reader, creating reading dens, designing bookmarks, and much more. We will also be exploring the wonderful\u00a0The Colour Monster\u00a0stories as part of our celebrations.<\/p>\n

The children will also enjoy a special World Book Day themed lunch – please see the attached menu.<\/div>\n

Children are welcome to dress up or dress down for the occasion. Our theme is \u201cDress in What Makes You Happy.\u201d This could be their favourite outfit, their nursery clothes, or even dressed as a book character \u2014 whatever makes them feel happy and comfortable.<\/p>\n

Please note: no club football colours, please.<\/p>\n
