ECC Progress Reports:<\/p>\n

During the next few weeks we will issue you with your child\u2019s progress report and invite you to have a telephone meeting with your child\u2019s key worker.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The progress reports have recently changed format and may look different to what you have received before.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
For children returning to the Centre this will be \u201cPlay and Learning Report\u201d<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
For children moving into Primary 1 this will be an \u201cEarly Years Transition Profile Entry to Primary 1\u201d Report.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Children who, for any reason, transfer to a different\u00a0 Centre will receive a \u201cTransition Between Early learning and Childcare Providers\u201d Report.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Below are blank copies of these reports for your information.<\/p>\n
