{"id":8088,"date":"2025-01-28T14:35:55","date_gmt":"2025-01-28T14:35:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/ea\/catrinepsmain2019\/?p=8088"},"modified":"2025-01-28T14:35:55","modified_gmt":"2025-01-28T14:35:55","slug":"school-enterprise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/ea\/catrinepsmain2019\/2025\/01\/28\/school-enterprise\/","title":{"rendered":"School Enterprise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This term P7 is taking part\u00a0 in the <em>&#8216;Make \u00a35 Grow&#8217;<\/em> Virgin Money initiative.<\/p>\n<p>The class successfully applied for an enterprise loan to start their own mini businesses.\u00a0 They are working hard on all aspects of business from idea development to budgeting and marketing.\u00a0 When they have sold their product\/service they will repay the loan amount to reveal their profit from their hard work.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the term there will be lots of exciting opportunities for pupils to buy fun products and take part in creative workshops.<\/p>\n<p>Our mini businesses are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Busy Bakers &#8211; Cupcakes<\/li>\n<li>The Goo-Bros &#8211; Slime Workshops<\/li>\n<li>Royal Doh &#8211; Playdoh<\/li>\n<li>The Sweetie Kings &#8211; School Tuck Shop<\/li>\n<li>The Sweet Chicks &#8211; Sweetie stuffed knitted chicks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong> Dates and prices will be confirmed next week &#8211; DON&#8217;T MISS OUT!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This term P7 is taking part\u00a0 in the &#8216;Make \u00a35 Grow&#8217; Virgin Money initiative.
