In our January\u00a0Home Circle<\/strong>s we highlighted\u00a0Article 32<\/strong>\u00a0of the\u00a0UN Convention of the Rights of the Child<\/strong> which states that children and young people should not be able to work until they reach a certain age.\u00a0 In Scotland, children are not allowed to do almost any kind of work until they are 13, and rules about the work that children can do remain in place until the age of 18.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
