We have had a great week for Maths Week Scotland and I hope you enjoyed seeing all the different ways we do maths in school.\u00a0 If you haven’t done so yet head over to the class blogs to see all the great work taking place.<\/p>\n

Over the next few months I will be continuing to work with National Numeracy in involving parents in supporting children with their maths and building positive mindsets towards maths.\u00a0 I look forward to sharing this experience with you.<\/p>\n

Try not to share with your child the idea that you were bad at maths or that maths was boring.\u00a0 Research shows that as soon as this idea is shared, achievement goes down.<\/p>\n
