The Safety and Wellbeing of your child and your family is at the heart of everything we do here at Cairns ECC. Our team strive in building positive relationships with you and your child as we work together through the ups and downs life throws at us. Through our partnership approach, we can achieve the very best outcomes for your child within our care and their journey in life.

TICC

Trauma Informed Contact and Care (TICC) is a unique Police and Education early intervention safeguarding and wellbeing partnership, which supports children and young people exposed to domestic abuse.

Being part of Trauma Informed Contact and Care means that our establishment will receive a notification from Police Scotland before the start of the next school day when a child in our Centre has been involved in or exposed to a domestic abuse incident in the previous 24 hours.
