{"id":1876,"date":"2024-03-06T11:09:46","date_gmt":"2024-03-06T11:09:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/ea\/bellsbankpsecc2017\/?p=1876"},"modified":"2024-03-06T11:10:14","modified_gmt":"2024-03-06T11:10:14","slug":"learning-review-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/ea\/bellsbankpsecc2017\/2024\/03\/06\/learning-review-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Learning Review &#8211; Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000080\"><em>Dear parents<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080\"><em>We recently hosted a visit from the Learning Review Team on the 21<sup>st<\/sup> and 22<sup>nd<\/sup> of February and I am delighted to present you with the published report which we only received yesterday, it is now available to access on the school blog.\u00a0 The review team consists of a Quality Improvement Officer and two other Head Teachers and the focus of the visit is learning and teaching across the school.\u00a0 The team looked through a range of evidence including pupil assessments and teacher\u2019s planning, they visited all classes on a number of occasions and spoke with staff, pupils and parents before summarising their findings in the attached report.\u00a0 <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080\"><em>More than half of all primary schools across East Ayrshire have already had such a review and the team were particularly delighted with what they found during their time at Bellsbank.\u00a0 \u00a0You will see there are significant areas of strength across the school and I hope this reassures you that Bellsbank Primary School continues to strive to provide the very best educational experience for each and every pupil.\u00a0 I am extremely grateful to all staff who give 100% every day and who collectively make Bellsbank Primary School a school to be proud of.\u00a0 I hope you enjoy reading the report.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mr D.
