This year we were credited with the highest possible award from Dyslexia Friendly Schools – the gold maintenance award. Achieving this standard is a great accolade for our school and something that we are incredibly proud off – a huge well done everyone!
Today we had our very special author visit! Angela Proctor who has written the Thumble Tumble series of books visited us today to read from her new book which will be released in October! It was a great experience and enjoyed by all who took part!
Primary 7 have all been issued with moving up kits for their transition to secondary school. The Moving Up kits are made up of a variety of items that will help the pupils with their learning in secondary school. Primary 7 were delighted to receive their kits. Look at some of our happy faces!
Last week we had a special visitor. He told us a story about how rabbits got their long ears. We sang lots of songs and listened to short stories. We also got to dress up a scarecrow. Here are some of our photos.
