Base 3

Here is our finished display.

A closer look at  –

We rounded our topic off by creating quizzes to challenge each other. Watch out Jeremy Clarkson (Who Wants to be a Millionaire?) we are after your job!!

If you would like to challenge yourself, please ask you son/daughter to login to Teams as all our quizzes can be found there! All the best!!

We enjoyed our Rugby sessions. (Photos would not upload!)

This session we have done Fitness stations – outside!! (Photos to follow, hopefully!)

Last week we started our new topic, ‘Discovering the Decades.’

We focused on the 1920s.

Yesterday we entered the MSP Christmas Card Competition which was open to all local Primary 7s. We would love to share our designs with you!

Today we went a walk to the cenotaph to lay a wreath. We have been focusing on the significance of Remembrance Day.

We have made poppies (various types for our window display) donated to the British Legion, discussed the difference between the poppies made in Scotland and England, read poems and created Blackout Poetry.

Tomorrow we will mark the end of the war with a two minute silence.

Last week we focused on the 1930s and 1940s.

We found out a lot of interesting information.

Here is our display from the 1950s~

Last week we focused on the Swinging Sixties.

We made some rockets and launched them! True to life some were more successful than others.

Last week we were in the 1980s …..

We rounded off our journey this week in the 1990s.

Each week one team works on a dance from the decade. Sometimes there are also news or sports interviews. We were hoping to add these but the files are too large!

I am afraid you will have to make do with our little photo selection for now!

Newsreel-photos finale
