We live in a world where technology is developing very quickly and it has become part of daily life.\u00a0 We want to equip parents\/carers, children and young people with the knowledge and skills to use technology and the internet safely.<\/p>\n

To help your child stay safe online there are various programmes and resources that schools use to support pupils.\u00a0 East Ayrshire Council have developed a Internet Safety Framework which supports teachers in delivering lessons on internet safety.\u00a0 Other useful websites for parents\/carers are ThinkUKnow<\/a>\u00a0and NSPCC and O2.<\/a><\/p>\n
