We are all settling in well, getting used to new routines and enjoying lots of fun activities to help us get to know each other.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">We have read <strong><em>The Dot\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>and loved thinking about how we can <strong><em>&#8216;make a mark and make it matter.&#8217;\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>We have been learning that it is important to give things a go, try our best and keep going &#8211; even when something feels tricky!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">In Literacy, we have been working hard on our first phoneme <em><strong>&#8216;sh&#8217;<\/strong><\/em> while in Numeracy we have started exploring and learning all about numbers to 100.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">There has been LOTS of excitement about our new <em><strong>DINOSAUR<\/strong><\/em> topic! We have been finding out about Mary Anning, the amazing fossil-hunter, and have even used dance and movement to bring some of our learning to life.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">It was lovely to welcome so many of our grown-ups into our classroom at Wednesday&#8217;s drop-in.
